Asbestos Surveys
Asbestos surveys are essential for all property types, mandated by The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 for non-domestic buildings requiring an Asbestos Management Plan.

Asbestos Management Surveys:
This standard survey replaces Type 1 and Type 2 surveys. It aims to identify, as reasonably practical, any suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) that could be disturbed during normal occupancy or maintenance. It assesses their condition to mitigate health risks and forms the basis of an Asbestos Management Plan.

Asbestos Re-Inspection Surveys:
After identifying ACMs, regular re-inspections (recommended every six to 12 months) ensure ongoing management in line with risk levels, maintaining safety standards.

Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys:
Essential before any refurbishment or demolition work, these surveys locate and describe all ACMs in the affected areas or the entire building. They are comprehensive and intrusive, ensuring safety protocols are followed and can serve as tendering documents for selecting contractors.
